Your use of this website and placing an order indicates that you are in agreement with our terms & conditions presented here. If you disagree, please do not place orders or requests.
Orders & Delivery
- BHD will only confirm orders of in-stock items. If you are interested in some item out of stock, add it to your wishlist and a team member will contact you as soon as we got it in.

- After placing an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing detailed information about your purchase. It is very important you read all the information and be sure if your purchase is correct. Otherwise contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders will be separated and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery lead time will count after freight company collects your products. It takes up to 10 days to reach your home.
- Orders can be canceled with no costs just before it is confirmed.
- Orders are delivered by third party companies as common carriers, UPS or FedEx Services, according to the size, volume and weight of your total purchase and delivery address. All shipments are due to the freight company policies over transit time and attended areas. *
- Special orders or requests may take some extra time before shipping. If that happens we will inform you by e-mail.
- Prices at our web site do not include shipping costs. You need to add your chosen items to the cart and follow the instructions to have shipping cost information.
- Please, Do NOT OPEN delivery damaged boxes before our Evaluation. Otherwise, you will lose our warranty.
- We do a very well protected package to your brand new furniture. But, if the package arrives damaged (dented, open boxes, crushed, etc.), immediately send an e-mail to email@example.com informing what happened and add some pictures of the box for our evaluation.
- Standard deliveries include curbside only. It does not include delivery inside your home, upper floors or special hours. Attention on large items.
- Keep track of your delivery to identify when it is going to happen. These way you will avoid extra fees or headaches.
Orders & Delivery - Accents ( Pillows & Throws )
- Accents like pillows, throws and mats are made to order. So it will take 1 to 2 weeks to be made and 1 extra week to be delivered.
- Those are Made in USA and are very very nice.
- We do not accept returns of Accent pieces unless it has any kind of manufacturing issues.
