At BHD, we’re committed to ensuring you have a great experience from the moment you choose our furniture.

Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

By using this website and completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.

Orders & Confirmation

• We only confirm orders for in-stock items. If an item is out of stock, you can add it to your wishlist and we’ll notify you when it becomes available.

• After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all purchase details. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders may be cancelled at no cost as long as they haven’t been confirmed yet.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time begins once the freight carrier collects your order. Most deliveries take up to 10 business days.

• Orders are delivered by third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or common carriers), depending on the size and destination. Delivery schedules are subject to carrier policies.*

• Special orders may take additional processing time. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price. You will see the final shipping rate during checkout.

Important Delivery Notes

• Please do not open damaged packages before contacting us — this may void your warranty.

• If your package arrives damaged (e.g., open, dented, crushed), immediately send photos and a description to: support@bhd-imports.com

• Our packaging is designed for maximum protection, but accidents can happen. Your help in documenting damage ensures a smooth claims process.

• Standard delivery is curbside only — it does not include inside delivery, upstairs service, or specific time appointments.

• For larger items, please track your shipment to avoid missed delivery or extra fees.
