Warranty Policy

At The Beach House Design, we stand behind the quality of our furniture. Please review the details of our limited warranty below.

Our general manufacturer warranty is valid for 90 days from the date you receive your order.

The warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
If your product shows signs of a manufacturing issue within the 90-day period, please contact support@bhd-imports.com with a description and photos of the issue. Our team will evaluate the case and respond with the appropriate solution.

Natural characteristics of wood such as color variation, grain differences, minor warping, small cracks, and knots. These are normal and not considered defects.
Damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:
- Using indoor items outdoors or exposing them to direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures.
- Damage from water, fire, beverages, strong cleaning agents, or misuse.
- Exposure to weather elements that exceeds what the product is intended for.
Cushions and fabric covers are not covered under warranty, as they may be damaged by improper use or lack of care.
Cosmetic issues such as scratches, stains, heat or water marks, ink, marker, and shrinkage are not considered manufacturing defects.
Damage from:
- Negligence
- Overweight use
- Alteration or modification of the item
- Use in commercial or institutional environments
- Any purpose other than the product’s intended use

Product appearance (such as color and texture) may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen due to device settings.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all care and usage instructions to maintain warranty eligibility.

This warranty applies only to purchases made directly on thebeachhousedesign.com
It does not apply to wholesale, reseller, or retail store purchases.
